Purchase, invoice, and delivery

The VerifyMade Custom Order Evidence Starter Kit is sold as a one-time USD 49 digital purchase. The Evidence Workflow Review is sold as a one-time USD 199 service that includes the Starter Kit. Those purchases are processed through Razorpay, with PayPal available as a fallback. Payment must be completed before a private download is issued or a review place is reserved. Buyers must provide accurate billing information for invoicing and required records. A PDF invoice is emailed after confirmed payment; a refund may result in a corresponding credit note. Product download links normally expire after 72 hours and permit up to five downloads; legitimate renewal requests can be sent to support. Indian domestic purchases are not supported for these direct purchases.

Product description

The Starter Kit is a self-service digital download for Shopify embroidery shops. It contains editable and printable workflow materials in PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and TXT formats. It does not include software, Shopify integration, consulting, legal advice, storage, dispute submission, or a customer approval portal.

Evidence Workflow Review

The Review includes the Starter Kit, a written report with five priority findings (the most important gaps and the controls worth keeping), a marked-up workflow map, a one-order trace with customer details removed, a fourteen-day implementation plan, and fourteen calendar days of email clarification beginning when the report is delivered. The buyer must provide a complete Evidence Readiness Workbook and enough process information with customer details removed to perform the review. The three-business-day delivery window begins when VerifyMade confirms that the intake is complete. The founding offer is limited to five completed purchases. The Review does not include calls, store access, customer-data processing, legal advice, software setup, custom development, dispute submission, or ongoing consulting.

VerifyMade for Shopify

The Shopify app is offered at USD 9 per month after a 14-day free trial and is billed through Shopify. The subscription covers one Shopify store, unlimited proof-required orders and access for staff who can use the app in Shopify Admin. Billing, plan approval, renewal, cancellation and any applicable tax on the app subscription are handled by Shopify under Shopify's terms.

The merchant must maintain the required Shopify permissions, send approval links, make production decisions, remove customer identity and unrelated private information before upload, and use supported file types. VerifyMade does not include legal advice, chargeback representation, outcome guarantees, production quality control, embroidery-machine integration, storage of customer identity or customisation values, unsupported file types, custom development or services outside the published app workflow.

Permitted use

A purchaser may use and adapt the files internally for one business and its staff. The files may not be resold, sublicensed, republished, shared as a competing template library, or distributed outside the purchasing business except to professional advisers who need them for the business's review.

No outcome guarantee

VerifyMade helps organise operational records. It does not guarantee prevention of mistakes, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks and does not guarantee an outcome from a bank, payment provider, marketplace, regulator, insurer, or court.

Merchant responsibility

The purchaser remains responsible for its customer communications, data handling, production decisions, evidence retention, policies, legal compliance, and use of the materials. Customer-facing terms and legal obligations should be reviewed by a qualified adviser for the business and jurisdictions involved.

Intellectual property

VerifyMade and the original toolkit content remain the property of VerifyMade or its founder. Purchasing the product grants a limited internal-use licence, not ownership of the product or brand.

Refunds and legal rights

The voluntary usefulness promise is described in the refund policy. It is additional to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
