Usefulness and delivery promises

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Eligibility

The voluntary promise applies when the request is timely, the buyer has completed or substantially attempted the workbook, has tried the workflow on one real or recent proof-required order, and states that the kit did not help identify or close a meaningful evidence gap.

Meaningful evidence gap

A meaningful gap is a missing, ambiguous, inconsistent, or hard-to-retrieve record in the ordered specification, proof lineage, approved version, production release, finished item, packing and dispatch, policy and communication, or fulfilment and delivery stage.

How to request help or a refund

Email support@verifymade.com with the purchase email or order number and a short description of what you tried and why the kit or review was not useful. Review buyers should state whether the request concerns delivery timing or the specificity of the report. For the Shopify app, include the permanent .myshopify.com domain and the Shopify billing reference if available. Do not send customer names, order screenshots, proof files, approval records, or other personal order data.

Handling

Approved refunds return the full product purchase price to the original payment method unless the buyer agrees otherwise or the payment provider requires another permitted method. VerifyMade charges no buyer refund-processing fee. Provider posting times may vary.

Delivery problems

Duplicate charges, broken downloads, missing files, or materially defective files are handled separately from the usefulness promise and should be reported promptly.

Non-excludable rights

This voluntary promise is additional to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here is intended to limit applicable consumer guarantees or digital-content remedies.
