For Shopify embroidery and custom-apparel shops

Prove the custom item you shipped matches the version the customer approved.

Number every proof, keep the customer's approval, release only that version to production, and photograph what you packed. When someone asks “is this what I approved?”, the answer is in one place, not spread across Shopify, inboxes and phones.

01 / The gap

The approval is in an email. The final file is on a desktop. The photo is on someone's phone.

When a customer says “that's not what I approved”, or a repeat customer asks for “same as last time”, someone has to rebuild the job from memory. A wrong-version remake costs more than the blank: the staff time spent reconstructing the order and the cost of shipping again add to it. Put your own numbers on it before you decide whether this is worth fixing.

02 / The workflow

Seven steps. One record per order.

First use

04 / What it is not

Isn't this just…

…a proofing app?

Keep your proofing app. The kit connects the approved proof to what production used, what was packed, and what was delivered.

…chargeback software?

No. Chargeback tools start after a dispute. This is the record you keep while the job is being made. It can support a later response, but it does not guarantee an outcome.

…another shop-management system?

No. VerifyMade does not replace quoting, scheduling or inventory. It focuses on the proof, approval, production release and evidence trail.
